BF3 is not a Steam game. to sell it after it's been attached to an Origin account, you'd have to sell teh entire account. Technicallyk, it breaches teh EULA, since we are slowly losing the right to our the game we buy... However, simply changing the contact email for the account to the buyers' email will work just fine.

Don't even have to ship anything, just send teh serial number.

So i take it you don't like BF3? I didn'tat first. I wasn't too impressed with the Beta and actually canceleld my Pre-Order... but EA still charged my VISA. But i quite like it, now. (though I complain to VISA about that unwanted charge and they reimbursed me so I got the game for free)
