You know what a big problem is?  So many people who apparently refuse to try to take down helis and jets.  It's annoying and I am tired of getting killed because nobody makes any sort of effort.  Too many people treat this like Call of Duty.

I'm not sure I agree with your analysis and conclusion.  Most vehicles have AA guns, there are static AA guns and you can use the shoulder held AA stuff too.  If any airbourne stuff shoots at or near me I take it on with the most suitable near by weapon and I'm sure I'm not alone in doing this.  Don't forget though it often takes multi-hits to down aircraft so maybe you need to seek more cover.
Why don't you, if you don't do it already, set up a squad of Shoulder held AA & AT persons who could then move about the area supplying take downs and barbeques to order.  
I doubt you will get everybody focusing on aircraft just so you don't get shot up so much as we all make our personal choice of which weapons/vehicles to use.

People complain sometimes when I am in  an AA platform. Puzzled by your complaint honestly.

We just need to host more events where we lock the server down or use the boot camp server and work 100% as a team.

Relax, Nam Ranger.  Though I do agree. It seems that Rush is not a preferred gametype with most members, I'd certainly take Infantry over Rush. ut our Rush server seems to be pretty popular, and Luke like Rush, so I doubt it'll be leaving anytime soon. Perhaps once we dump another Black Ops server - I've noticed that at least one is empty even at peak hours.

Sorry for the digression.

The only time I really mind the vehicles is when there's only a few players per side, and I'm neigh forced into using oen myself. Though chasing a tank or AA to slap some C4 on it is pretty fun...
