Due to the fact we are all in different time zone the forums have nice feature to make the posting time relevant to you

a few things to be aware of
the server does not have DST (day light savings) enabled so you may have to manually change it when it propriety

ok first go to this link http://bkops2.net/bkops2/evo/modules.php?name=Profile&mode=editprofile taking that you are logged in then about 3 quarters of the page down there is a section on time

you need to change the settings accordingly first where it says
DST enable:Yes | No | By the server  

select yes if you are on DST
or no if you are not on DST

next where is says
DST difference: 60 min

change this to the difference between standard Time and DST in minutes (usually 60min)

next whre it says
Timezone: UTC XXX
chance this to the correct setting now for example
Britain is just UTC
Eastern is UTC -5
Central is UTC-6
Pacific is UTC-8

i believe this is right and sorry i cannot list all countries / time zones
