Maybe you guys can help answer this for me. I have a time question concerning the time played in bf3 versus the service time played per side - ie; Russian vs. USMC vs. total logged.

While perusing my stats this morning I noticed EA added progress numbers to the medal progress bar on the awards page. It shows my overall progress for USMC at 89h 46m played of the required 100h and for Russian it shows 87h and 52m played of the required 100h for the medal.

Now, here's where it gets a little fuzzy for me. I have exactly 229h 0m total time played. Thats a difference of 52h 02m between team play logged and overall logged time.

Where is the extra time logged?

I'm not sure but if you play death match it may not count to eith side but it is time you have played also another possiblity is loading times + time while dead + time in menus + idle time.it also stacks up, also if you have played any coop or simgle player

As Mr-T says that the total time is a combination of all time played BF3 (single player, coop, different modes alive or dead). The Medal times are actual alive times while playing either RU or US.
