I'll believe it when I see it this dose not look like anything Dice has put out before so I'm thinking fake. See how the BF3 Logo is cut off by the text. This was just made in Word.

You may be very well right, but the rumours have been consistent along these lines.
We'll find out for sure in 5 days (4th)

So how much $$$ will we save with Premium instead of purchasing each expansion pack separately?

They say that by the "end", there will be a total of 5 expansions, including Karkand. Assuming they'll keeping charging $15 per, $75 for those that do not bought Karkand, or was given it with the Premium Edition of BF3. For those that already have karkand, it'll be $10 cheaper, altogether. But there may be more in the future, but DICE/EA has not stated if this Premium will include DLCs past the last one scheduled. IF the game keeps me interested, I'll likely get more expansions, but it's hard to predict if i will be interested in playing that far down the line, so I wont; buy the Premium pack.
Though the Premo pack will include lots of useless extras like weapon/character camo, dogtags, etc. I don't think it will get you more weapons than getting separate packs.
So i guess in the end, you risk wasting 10 bucks on something you may not want to play in the near-ish future. Unless it's worth that $10 to have the ammo and tags.

All remaining expansion packs will cost you $60. Premium comes with all packs for a one time fee of $49.99. I may do it just for that.

Oh I might be in... I just setup a computer all day so I guess I will go and read about all this commotion on Origin. Plus ten bucks saved is ten bucks to blow on something else you need.
