Only thing I can think of is if you have the Teamspeak Overlay running (assuming that you are being kicked by Punkbuster). If you got the game through Steam, then it may also be worthwhile checking the integrity of your game files.

Do other servers do it? Does it show you an error? If not, you can open your console with shift-tilde and scroll up to see your games' activity. Go up a page or two and you shodul see what the game encountered to make it disconnect.

Open the counsel and type disconnect and than. The game has a glitch where it some times thinks your still in the server long after your gone and will kick you if you try to rejoin.

Are you running steam? If so there is at spot in the forums with some info, also if you are not using steam, there is a spot in the forums where you can adjust settings and such to help make the game run better. if you need a link just pm me and I'll send them to you but they are in the forums.

This used to happen to me all the time.....I didn't do anything to fix it..it just fixed itself....I hated it when it did it...it was a pain...
If you can't take the pain, maybe you shouldn't play!

No, you will still have the issue....it needs to be downloaded from STEAM anyway so that won't help.. Try updating Flash Player or something...I can't remember what the exact fix was...
