Here is what our server host told me today about the W@W server.

Your server is now up and running. I'm not exactly sure what is going on here. It looks like yesterday and today, the server was not able to authenticate with the DemonWare backend servers. It lasts for about 6 hours, then it starts to work fine again. We have no other reports of this happening on any other machine on our network. I'm going to leave this ticket open and I'll see if I can reproduce this bug again tomorrow. This seems to only happen if a server is restarted, if the server remains up, it will not have any authorization issues.
