I think I get accused of using an aimbot about once a week at least. It used to bother me - now I find it amusing . I remember one guy saying that the proof was how my view kept going back and forth so quickly while he was spectating me. I said "this is called using your mouse to keep looking around"… I know I know - it's pure genius technique to always keep looking around for the enemy!
