Timberbeast and Mouse are always talking food...which just gets the rest of us hungry!!!

Anyways...here is my recipe for Shredded Beef Sandwiches (I will let the honorable Warrior Woman decide the name)

6 pounds chuck roast
2 cans french onion soup
2-3 garlic cloves
1 can of your finest beer

Simmer in crock pot or Nesco (preferred)  at 250 for 10-12 hours
Skim off the fat that bubbles to the top during the initial cook time
After you have done this, get in there with a pair of forks and shred the meat and garlic
Toast some onion rolls (I toast with butter and garlic)
Put any amount of the shredded beef on your sandwich and ENJOY!!!

If you wish to spice it up, you can add some finely chopped jalapeno(s) or crushed red pepper to your taste.

Aaaah, Krinkle's flamin Bettys
Twisted Evil  Twisted Evil  Twisted Evil

5 chicken thigh fillets
2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Chilli (ground hot)
2 tsp Onion powder
2 tsp salt

Cut chicken into chunks (1 thigh = about 6 chunks, try to make them roughly even)

Place all ingredients into a zip lock plastic bag
tumble bag until all chicken is coated
place coated chicken onto non stick tray then sprinkle any remaining powder over the top
place in oven for 20-30min at 180c (or until cooked) turning them occasionally

Tip: You may need some Sour cream (light), like Australia, they can be dry and hot.

If you are not sure they are cooked, just cut open the biggest piece.

Don't kick my Betty, she won't thank you for it.  Smile Twisted Evil  Twisted Evil
