Thanks  Primal but it did not work for me my down load speed dropped 43% 15.88 to 9.10 Mbps. Instructional vid was good and was easy enough to return to previous settings. I think the results where more related to the DNS server settings change rather than the other tweaks. I restored all the old registry setting and left the new google DNS server settings and my down load speed did not change I restored my other DNS setting and my download speed returned to 15.88 on a 20 Mbps's  connection.  I may try the tweaks with out the DNS tweak if problems continue
