I am having an issue with a player that is currently using XP.... I have tried to help him get his profile changed over to his new BK profile but it doesn't seem to be working. When he checks his BK profile it has him at Private ... I have not had this issue with Vista but XP seems to be a problem. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

P.S the player the I am having an issue with is Stevyy*bk* so if you see him online and you can help him out that would be great...thank you..

Have him make a new profile.  Enter a game with the new profile and then leave.  Copy the files from the previous profile to the new profile.  In my case there is folders called mods, players, usermaps and a file called servercache.

XP users find it here if I remember right.  C:\Program Files\Activision\ Modern Warfare\players\profile
