Someone told me over TS that we had a post on how to move the ingame chat higher up un the screme and out of the way of your primary field of view.  Well I've looked and lookded but I can't find it anywhere.  If someone knows where it is please post the location or if someone knows the console commands PM me.  Also could we start a Sticky with game tips like the one Nematode posted a while back, to include moving the in game chat and sticky binds?  Just to put everything all in one place.

Whoever wants to post this on your wiki can go ahead and do this. But here are the instructions on how to move the chat text and not have to continously press a bind key and disrupt play.

First, type the following into the console window

/unbind w

Next, copy and paste this into the console

text at bottom of screen

Code:

/bind w "+forward;cg_hudchatposition 5 475"

or text at top of screen

Code:

/bind w "+forward;cg_hudchatposition 5 75"
