I see you have what is called a wildcard server. I also notice it does not get much use. I see there is a password on it currently.
Here's an idea for thought...
Make that server a "highly competitive" invitational server. Call it BK - Gunfighters

Kit Restrictions:
Scopes - Ghost Ring OK
RPG
Bazooka
2nd Chance
Juggernaut

Movement:
Forward with team coverage and support
Camping discouraged

Server Settings:
Slow the ground-speed ever so slightly
Make the battle damage slightly higher than what you currently run

 I think you might be surprised of the use and exciting game play in an invitational server. just a thought...

This is our privet server that we use for boot camp and matches. When its not being used for thoughts events we hold special events. We list our events on the calender. Some times we turn everything on and allow running some times its a different game type. You never know what what it may be set up as. We do hold some of them as public events for our allies and friends join us on TS when an event is listed as public in the details.
