everyone can walk with a pistol^^
and the next step is  to cancle the riflenades bazookas....flamethrowers ,because you have no cance when you are in a bunker and someone spam with it .....blablabla..

People come to our server for the rules we currently have. There are many many servers out there that do not allow you to walk with sights up or use pistols. We allow all weapons and perks and do not plan to change that.

The people walking around with magnums ruin the game for me. Last night I played 3 maps and 2/3 of my deaths came from magnum (ab)users whizzing around corners. It is absolutely absurd that a pistol can dominate in war over rifles and automatic weapons. I can shoot a pistol user with a high powered rifle and he will just shrug it off and drop me with one shot?   Is there anyway the server settings can be adjusted to slow down the pistol users or reduce the power of the magnum? Or possibly designating one server as "Magum Free"?

So basically my main gun is the M1 Grande and my secondary is the magnum; Just as in real life snipers have the pistols ready for when there moving into tight situations;

With the way most of the maps are setup; there really arent that many places for snipers to do what they do so i walk with my pistol unless i get a chance to us my sniper rifle; ( no i dont run around the whole map shooting with my pistol; thats why my scores are normally like 20-4 ish )

If you really want to get into a touchy subject lets just ban all the guys who spray and pray? or shoot into places people normally are? its just game styles guys just learn to over come there shots and your good to go; after all you've got more shots in your machine gun that he does correct? with it being hardcore it only takes 3 bullets to take someone down and with a machine gun those 3 bullets take what.... 2 seconds to shoot out?

Thank you for the great posts OVERLORD44 its always great to hear from players who enjoy our servers. We work hard to make the servers fun and enjoyable for all players. The rules we have now where created over the last year to be a fun and different  environment then most servers. I do think allowing players to walk with pistol sights up are one of the things that attracts players to our servers.

Unfortunately we do not have the power to my knowledge to change the speed that someone walks at with one weapon over a different weapon. This goes for the power of each weapon also.

THUS ENDING MOVING WITH A PISTOL

As has been stated many times in this and other posts we will not change this rule at this time. Many servers have rules like this and are far less popular.
