I think i found a Mouse for you that would, with some practice, be helpful to your game.

this is a right handed mouse designed for use in MMORPG's, but i was thinking that since it has that grid of buttons on the side by your thumb, it would probably be pretty easy to reprogram them to be the keyboard inputs in the games we play.
Of course, this is thrown completely out of the window if you cant use your right hand, and to be honest, I forgot which one you didnt have use of...
Anyways, food for thought.
