mine looks just like this.

i need to know what rims would look good on it these.

or.

or show me some rims you guys think would look good on it i might even lift it up for mudding idk throw in some ideas please.

stock rim size is 15" and i need to know if any thinks i can fit 20s without lifting it...

now on too the sound.

this is the Radio im putting in

would i be able to hook up 4 subs and have good sound or would it just sound bad? or should/could i put in 2 subs and get good sound?

The first one has a very common look to it.  The second one would look more original, but it is plain.

My opinion:
And unless your explorer is black i wouldnt get black on chrome rims.

If you have a black SUV black on black would look good. and you would look like you know what your doing.

As for other colors (red, green, blue, white) get all chrome rims.

And remember dont go overboard with rims. Most people in my area buy rims that look like:

When all they really needed is:

Rims are one thing people look at first about your vehicle so dont buy something that looks like it should be on a car/ truck that costs 60k+

As for going off road... dont buy 20's if you plan on doing that. you will end up having to call your insurance company and explain why your rims broke Wink

For a explorer like that i wouldnt go with anything bigger than 20".  For a more comfortable drive go with 19 or 18 with some decent rubber.  Me personnaly i think i would go with a deep dish rim.  I like the last one viper showed.

When it comes to audio,  2 good quality subs and some good door speakers is plenty.  Well 2 if you go with 12s.  If your gonna go with 10s then 3.  I personally like Infinity and Kicker subs.  I also like Infinity and Polk door speakers.  When it comes to stereos i prefer Pioneer and Alpine, i would stick to a model thats about $125 or more the others dont have the funtionality yo need for subs.
Hope this helps.
