Do you have to get out of a game to go operations to make a class? Then hit play to get back in?...cause 9 out of 10 times your spot has been taken and I can't back in.........

Yes, you are required to exit a server in order to modify your kits.
There are three P&F TDM servers that I am aware of, and I just refresh them until I see a spot open up and click Join.
It doesn't take very long, usually.

There actually 5 P and F servers. When you find them add them to your favorites. It took me two weeks to find all of them.
