Well that's even worse than COD4.  I like how notebook chipsets aren't even supported...and my notebook is my gaming machine.  All the good games are out of my current capabilities it seems.  Boo!

Thanks for the info T.

As far as I know this is the game with the highest Recomended requirements that I know off.  Good news is that my PC makes those requirements look like nothing.

Ok first things first the demo is now out for any one that want to try it (i suggest getting it from EA's server as it has a good steady speed

but as a word of warning i think you will need the minimum requirements for the game just to play the demo which.
i have a 2.21 GHz processor 2 gig of ram and a 7800 GTS nvidia graphics card that is overclocked and i was getting problem with my sound and controls,

Problems with sound were jumping and loss of sound

Problems with controls i pressed forward the character when forward but when i release the button the character continued going forward
also press the trigger and it didn't fire so you will need a monster of a machine to play even the demo

ok if you have trouble splaying the demo and you have a reasonable rig try restarting your pc and make sure nothing else that use the sound card is running for example teamspeak, turn off msn totally and then try it should run much beter

I had no problems at all.  Had everything running at HIGH. Resolution 1680X1050.   I had no issues at all running this game.  Awesome frame rate, it ran nice and smmooth.  I love 640MB of video ram, lol.  The graphics and physics were un beliievable.  This game makes me really happy that i purchased my PC.  You must play this game to really see its potential.  I had no issues at all.  No sound or control issues.
Im going to try it with VERY HIGH settings now.
Mr.T try updating your Drivers for your video and sound card.  That might help.  Also read the READ ME files.  You might need to update video cards.  You running on Vista or XP?

My PC was able to handle playing the game in VERY HIGH settings.  The graphics are sweet and the AUDIO is just unbelievable, amazing audio.  Who ever did the audio needs to win the PULTSER prize or what ever its called.  AUDIO is out of this world.
