Hi All,

Thanks to everybody who responded,the problem has been corrected.
I had to reload new drivers for my sound card,which hadn't loaded properly because I hadn't
clicked the administrator button.

Special thanks to Ted and Hawkeye for their efforts in helping me.

All is well now and I'm a happy camper now. VERY GLAD I joined Polite and Friendly...you guys certainly are that!!!
