OK bro..I used the pic you wanted..It was not a very good quality or resolution (Usually for a good pic you want at least 1024 x 900 or so and then reduce it from there this was about 600 x 400.) BUT I made a sig with it as per your request ..Let me know if you don't like it or want any changes.

It wasn't a "effect" bro..it was several layers of various "blending" in different opacitys and with different degrees of blurring..I will show all who are interested how to do this and many other techniques soon!
