OK bro..I used the pic you wanted..It was not a very good quality or resolution (Usually for a good pic you want at least 1024 x 900 or so and then reduce it from there this was about 600 x 400.) BUT I made a sig with it as per your request ..Let me know if you don't like it or want any changes.

It wasn't a "effect" bro..it was several layers of various "blending" in different opacitys and with different degrees of blurring..I will show all who are interested how to do this and many other techniques soon! Wink
