From what I've seen so far playing them, this map pack is better then the last...multiple hiding places as well as choke points, entrances/exits, etc...the maps just flow so well...3 medium maps and 1 large map...can't go wrong...
Zoo is just phenomenal and my favorite, but trying to pick my second favorite is impossible because Hotel, Convoy and Stockpile are to me pretty equal in terms of depth, flow, etc...
The first time playing them on a Run & Gun server I never fully saw the maps because they're just done so well and have so many directions in which to travel/hide/ambush/etc so imagine how much fun it's going to be playing crouch...
