I heave heard that also for the consul. Many Xbox and PS3 games already do it and I believe that is what will happen again.

So everyone knows what we are talking about Online Pass is a code you get when you buy the game new. Once enter the code its locked onto your account. If you buy it used you will need to by a new code usually between $5 and $10 depending on the game. Its a way game companies get a cut off of used games. Now with that said I find that used games are still cheaper as you can buy a used game for $25 pay the $10 fee and still save $15 or $20 off of the sale price.

Now we do not know if they plan to charge the PC gamers like they do for the consuls but if you buy the game new there is no extra cost.
